MurphyAir.ca is a BRC-operated initiative intended to provide information about available legacy aircraft parts, owner registration and independently developed future programs. It does not represent that BRC acquired the former Murphy Aircraft business, its trademarks, complete aircraft design rights, approvals, drawings or technical data.
References to Rebel, Elite, Radical, Yukon, Moose and Murphy Aircraft are solely to identify historical aircraft and potential parts compatibility. Names and marks belong to their respective rights holders. No endorsement, sponsorship, licence or affiliation with the former manufacturer is implied.
This site does not provide STCs, manufacturer directives, approved maintenance data, engineering approvals or airworthiness determinations. BRC does not supply original factory directives; builders must obtain applicable documentation and approvals independently. BRC does not endorse third-party modifications, including modifications described as Ontario Mods or Moose Mods, unless their suitability has been independently established for the specific aircraft. Unapproved changes may create serious structural or flight-safety risks. Consult qualified aviation professionals and the applicable aviation authority.
Any future BRC aircraft, build centres or production programs are preliminary and subject to engineering, intellectual-property clearance, regulatory compliance and commercial decisions. No aircraft kit or completed aircraft is offered for sale on this website.
